Our goal is not to grow into a Mega Church, with large staff teams, overheads, running costs and organisational pressures. Our vision is to establish numerous mid-sized congregations which offer enough manpower and diversity to have stable strong foundations and offer broad ministry opportunities.
A mid-sized congregation allows Kaptivate to:
1. Maintain a deeper sense of community and family atmosphere
2. Increase the involvement from the body of believers
3. Reduce pressure on finances, governance and administration
4. Mobilize with a multiplication model continually working towards planting new Churches.
5. Harness potential + proven leaders and offer them the platform and framework to trailblaze, build effective teams and exercise their capacity to lead and inspire others to reproduce again.
We envisage having a central gathering in Ipswich and aim to progressively plant to the north, South, East and West.
We are fostering the same model in Fiji, with a central gathering in Suva and then multiplying out into Lami, Nakasi and Nasouri.
